Philosophy of Healing
I am not the healer. You are the healer.
My role is to serve as a container for your healing — to reflect and hold a vibration that invites yours to elevate, awakening your own internal mechanism for transformation. When people feel truly seen and understood, they naturally reconnect with their core nature and inner resources. That reconnection is where healing begins.
I believe in the power of aligning mind, body, and spirit — and going one step further, energy. Energy is not a supplementary element; it is an equal one. True healing requires that all four dimensions — mind, body, spirit, & energy — are addressed and brought back into coherence. This is the foundation of my integrative, holistic approach.
Quantum physics offers a compelling lens for understanding why this matters. At the most fundamental level, everything is interconnected. Our thoughts and feelings emit energetic and magnetic charges that perpetually shape our experience and the reality we perceive. The "quantum field" describes an infinite web of possibility present in every moment — and our consciousness plays a profound role in determining which possibilities become real.
About Courtney
Over the course of my career, I've tried on many titles — therapist, healer, teacher, practitioner. None have ever fully captured what I do. What resonates most is this: I am a healing guide and collaborator, walking alongside people on the often arduous, but always meaningful, journey back to wholeness.
With over 20 years as a psychotherapist and Creative Arts Therapist, 25 years as an energy medicine practitioner, and over 50 years as a human being navigating life on this planet, my practice has been shaped by continual evolution and an ever-expanding awareness of truth. I have a deep respect for the polarities that exist in this world and within each of us — and a profound understanding of what it means to be truly present with another person's unfolding experience.
The most enduring truth I've found in this work is simple: people need a safe space and guidance back to themselves for the answers. My role is to shine a light in the dark of that process.
